APSCHE has released the AP Telangana EDCET B.ED web counselling 2014 dates through online for EDCET-2014 first phase of web counseling and admissions,  Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has announced total 40 help line centers are arranged for certificates verification and online web options in this 17 from AP and 23 from Telangana state, in both states total 647 B.Ed colleges are there in this total 69068 seats are available, this year any changes is happened or not we cannot say this until official notification will be released at edcet1.apsche.ac.in.
