List of Original certificates required to attend JNAFAU Architecture 2014 counselling at Help Line centers
Certificates to be produced at the time of Registration:
The NATA qualified & eligible candidates have to attend for certificate verification on the 1st & 2nd of September, 2014 at the Helpline Centers.
The candidates shall produce the following original certificates for verification at the time of Registration at the Helpline centers.

The candidates shall produce the following original certificates for verification at the time of Registration at the Helpline centers.
a) NATA score card.
b) Provisional Intermediate / Diploma certificates.
c) Memorandum of Marks of Intermediate/Diploma.
d) SSC pass memo or equivalent marks memo as proof of Date of Birth.
e) Integrated Community Certificate and father’s Caste Certificate in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
f) Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2014.
g) Study certificate from VI to XII / Diploma.
h) Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examinations i.e. Intermediate/Diploma, in respect of candidates who have private study without institutionalized education.
i) Candidates claiming reservation under NCC/Sports shall bring the original certificates. PH Candidates shall submit certificate issued by the District Medical Board.
CAP Candidates shall submit Certificated from Zilla Sainik Welfare Board, Discharge book & Identity card for Verification. Children of Ex-Service and In-Service persons who are domicile of Telangana /Andhra Pradesh will alone be considered for allotment of seats under CAP Category.
* Certificates of all candidates who are applying under PH/ CAP/ NCC/
Sports/ Minority categories will be verified at Hyderabad.
j) Transfer Certificate.
k) The Muslim and Christian Minority Candidates should bring TC of the SSC containing the Religion (Muslim/Christian/other linguistic) or in the absence of TC, a Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution in which the student studied/appeared SSC or its equivalent.
l) Physical fitness certificate from a Civil Asst. Surgeon
* Candidates who studied Intermediate/ Diploma in other states in India or from other countries should obtain equivalency Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
